“Fab apartment!”

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need including adaptor plugs in the sockets. It was large and I liked the shape; so many apartment living rooms are like a narrow corridor but this one was nice and wide. The terrace was a great size too. We were grateful for the heating and tv in the evening as the weather was unseasonably chilly! at times! The owners were great, communication was good. You need a car as it is a few minutes from the main road but we know the area well so it was fine for us.

Recently returned from a wonderful eight day break in this lovely apartment, to say we wanted more days there is an understatement. Spacious and modern with everything we could possibly need. Absolutely lovely place would defiantly recommend.

Princess Park is set in the hills of Calahonda and the apartment provides stunning views of the surrounding area. We were holidaying with our young baby and the apartment was perfect for the three of us; it was very well equipped and the furnishings were stylish and of high quality. The service provided by Ian was fantastic; from the easy to follow directions to the extensive list of dining recommendations/points of interest that were very helpful and much appreciated. There are a number of restaurants locally and an excellent supermarket only 5 minutes away. The apartment block itself was clean and well maintained. The underground car park is very secure with designated parking spaces and a lift to the apartment. Unfortunately it was a little too cool for a swim but the swimming pool had just been refurbished with an adjoining kids pool which we look forward to using next time! Having stayed in the Marbella area twice in the past few years, we have finally found our accommodation of choice for future visits to the Costa del Sol!

This is a stunning apartment beautifully furnished and superbly maintained. The appt was spotless when we arrived and very chic. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained and spotless. The appt is ideally placed for exploring the local area - very central for both Marbella and Malaga and many other coastal resorts. There's a wealth of lovely restaurants close by most are a 5 min taxi or car ride but also 3/4 within walking distance including a cocktail bar and nightclub! We will definitely book again it was a super break. Thank You.

“Luxury apartment - Excellent base for family holiday”

Just returned from a wonderful holiday, from start to finish booking this apartment was extremely easy and made the whole holiday start on a sound footing. The arrival information was very useful and explained everything that we needed to know from directions to the apartment, to using the boiler. The apartment is only 30 minutes from Malaga airport along the toll road which made it very straight forward to get to and a lift is available for easy access from the private car park. An immaculate, modern furnished apartment with all mod cons required on holiday, including WI-FI and with a choice of pools which was useful with young children. Convenient for beaches, local shops and restaurants - some within walking distance, however would recommend hiring a car although not absolutely required. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Lift for easy access. Lovely furnished apartment with all mod cons. Sunny balcony all day with distant sea view. Comfortable bed! Convenient for beaches, local shops and restaurants - some within walking distance. Have stayed in this apartment twice and look forward to going back again.

Beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail, this is a real home from home. All mod cons are included, from a fully stocked kitchen to lovely quality decor. We were recommended this property by a friend, and we have already passed on details to other friends of ours. We thought the property offered excellent value for money and we will definately be going back there. Close to many restaurants by foot and car, and a lovely communal pool. My wife and I spent many a happy afternoon on the patio enjoying the sunshine and a small tipple!
