Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.

Déplacements
There are 14 fishing trawlers operating out of Port d’Andratx returning at 5pm from Monday to Friday to unload their catch at the local harbour side fish market. The town is situated in the south west of the Island 25 minutes by an excellent road and motorway from the capital city of Palma and 35 minutes from the International airport. Close by is the traditional old village of Andratx with winery bodega and Wednesday market. Camp de Mar is a summer resort with a sandy beach and St Elm is a small fishing village with a beautiful beach and its excellent seafood restaurants and beautiful views of the Dragonera island national park where you can go for a day trip. Cala Llamp has a famous beach club and restaurant.
