Comment s'y rendre
From south A12 via Colchester. From north A14 via Ipswich joining the A12.
Pick up the A133 towards Clacton and Weeley turn onto the B1033 through Thorpe-Le-Soken, Kirby Cross then at Frinton Gates (level crossing) roundabout, go straight on to Walton Road continue about a mile until you see Pedlars Wood on the right hand side, as soon as you see the Walton-on-Naze town sign (on left) indicate to turn left into Norwood Way. There is a shorter route that avoids Colchester coming in via Manningtree to the landward side other than coast road. Just a mile from Frinton Station. A good selection of buses from the main Coast Road more from the Triangle Shopping Centre which is a few minutes walk via paved paths and side roads, only one moderately busy road to cross, for children. Peddlars Wood is across the road and the beach at the end of Central Avenue 8 minutes walk. Local Pub The Skipper; easy walking distance at the Triangle Shopping Centre nice inexpensive pub food. Also a Café on the Triangle for a light lunch. We have an Iceland and a CO-OP (that also houses a Factory Shop) ,Chemist and Charity Shops.The Frinton and Walton Community Centre always has something going on and the local Church is very community based.
