The apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities, including markets, restaurants & cafes, the main square, the cathedral, museums, and many historic buildings. It is a ten minute walk from the the canal, the railway station and the historic Cité. All are also easily accessible by bicycle. There is a shuttle to the airport - 15 minutes away - and extensive bus and railway services. Bicycles, motorbikes or cars are needed for more remote locations. Within two hour's drive are most Cathar castles; cities such as Toulouse, Beziers, Foix, Albi, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Montpellier, and Perpignan; the Gulf of Lyons and the the Spanish border, Andorra; historic towns, villages, abbeys, churches, and caves; along with sports facilities.
