Brittany Ferries really get your holiday off to a good start. LD lines are cheaper, but you'll have to drive 4 hours from Le Havre. RyanAir offer flights to Dinard, and Flybe use Nantes. Both airports are under 2 hours away and hire cars are available at the airports.
