Comment s'y rendre
The best route is through the New Forest to Leamington, and then Wightlink ferry to Yarmouth. The scenery through the New Forest is stunning, and you arrive on the island a few minutes from the cottage.
Alternative ferry crossings are Southampton to Cowes (Red Funnel) and Portsmouth to Fishbourne (Wightlink).
As you leave Yarmouth ferry terminal, turn right on the main roundabout and and cross the bridge over the River Yar.
Follow the main road as it bears left 90 degrees.
After about 400m turn right, following the brown sign to 'Fort Victoria Country Park'.
Continue over a small bridge, past some bungalows and over a hill, at the bottom of which the road bends left.
100m after this bend there is a dirt track to the left which leads to the cottage car park.

Déplacements
Le gîte se trouve à 3-4 minutes (ou 15 minutes à pied) le long de la côte de la ville historique du port de Yarmouth, le point d'arrivée pour le ferry de Lymington dans la New Forest. Si vous ne voulez pas mettre une voiture, il y a un très bon réseau de bus sur toute l'île, un arrêt de bus régulier à la fin de la route, et un arrêt de demande au fort. Vous pouvez également louer des vélos à l'ancienne gare de train à côté de la rivière à Yarmouth. Si vous aimez marcher toute la région est un paradis. La promenade de 15 minutes à Yarmouth court le long de la plage et sentier côtier au bord du port (Sandhart Beach), que vous pouvez marcher, ou prendre le taxi de l'eau du port £ 1.50 directement dans la ville.
