There are car hire outlets at the airport if you have arranged to collect a car or decide on arrival to hire. There is a taxi rank accommodating flights into Barbados. The taxi manager will provide you with a receipt for the fare before you depart which is around BD$58. The journey time to the property is 25-30 minutes and will take you through along to the West Coast with its amazing coast line to where the villa is situated, 5 mins walk from Fitts Village Beach and main coast line.

Recommend car or hire a taxi if you want to fully explore the island. Buses are easily available if you do not drive or prefer not to hire a car. The beach and a large supermarket is within walking distance as well as restaurants, bars, etc. The bus stops are located on the coast road. All within 5 minutes pleasant walking distance from Ajoupa.
