Leave the A523 (leek to Ashbourne road) at Bottomhouse heading towards Longnor on the B5035. From the B5035, follow the signpost to Butterton. Carry on through the village, bearing left, following the signs for Manifold Valley. Turn right at Butterton Village Hall onto Wetton Road. Our house is the fourth property on the left down Wetton road, look out for this as a marker. Wills barn is further down the road (1/4mile) on the left, park in the parking area at the side of the barn. There is a keysafe next to the barn. Key code 0310
