Paradise at Turtle Bay Condo # 133 Kuilima Estates West

101 Kuilima Drive, Kahuku, Hawaii 96731

From the airport take H-1 Freeway West. As you leave the airport rental car area follow the road up the on ramp to the Freeway, the Freeway to Wainae NOT to Honolulu. Continue West on H-1 Freeway until you see a sign for H-2 Freeway North at Exit 8 sign. There is a sign saying North Shore at this exit. (If you would like to shop at Costco, it is the 1st exit off the H-2, exit at Ka Uka Blvd. When leaving Costco go back on the H-2 North). Continue North on H-2 Freeway past the Mililani Town sign, the next main town is Wahiawa, keep going straight until the Freeway ends. You will then be at Schofield Military Base on your left. Continue straight past 2 lights, there will be shops on your right. After the second light you will go down a slight hill to a Y in the road and a sign that says North Shore. Keep right and drive 1 mile through the pineapple fields to a stop sign then make a left turn. You will then be on Hwy 99 Kamehameha Highway. (We always stop at the Dole Plantation on the way up to enjoy a pineapple ice cream or snack!)

Continue on Hwy 99 about 6 miles, then you will see a sign that says Haleiwa Town, (some people stop and take a photo at the sign) at a stop light, do not turn continue straight and you will come to one more stop light. (Should you decide to turn at the light to go into Haleiwa, you can enjoy the restaurants and shopping. When leaving Haleiwa continue on through the town, you will go past a bridge and a park, come to a set of lights, turn left, and you will be back on Kamehameha Hwy 99). Follow the highway 99 around the North Shore, past Waimea Valley Bay/beach, Foodland grocery store and Starbucks to the right and Shark’s Cove and Sunset Beach on the left. You will pass what is called Velseyland on the left where you will see surfers, tourists and construction; continue straight on “Kam” Hwy, pass Crawford's Convalescent Home on the right, you will pass another beach park on the left, and then about 5 minutes more you will see the Turtle Bay Resort grand entrance on the left hand side.

Turn left to enter through the security gate, Kuilima Estates West, call and enter one time code 133# on the keypad; **if you are arriving BEFORE 8:00AM OR AFTER 6:00PM use code 222# you must show a copy of your rental contract to security if arriving early or late**. The housekeeper or Estates security will receive your entry request and the gate arm will lift. You can only use 133# code once to enter the property grounds, after that, use your key fob. Drive straight down to the circle, go to the left around the circle, turn left into the 2nd driveway white sign 119 - 144 and your reserved parking place is #133, front row to the right. The security gate key fob will be in the condo for you to use during your stay; parking pass is available from security or resident manager’s office, please display it when parking in the space. Guests must show their rental contract or otherwise identify themselves.

Condo is upstairs - Owner will give you the entry code on the buttons on the front door: CODE, then push handle down.

Your entry gate access device is located inside the condo. Parking pass is to be picked up in the resident manager’s office by the tennis courts. Text or call for latest pool code.

CHECK IN TIME (unless otherwise agreed upon) is 4:00pm on the first rental day.

CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00am on the last rental day. Be sure to leave the entry device on the kitchen counter.

WHEN CHECKING OUT: Please dispose of all garbage, including any food/beverages brought into the condo at the dumpster in front (of the parking lot). Please clean all dishes used. Please help to conserve by using towels multiple times before washing. A non-returned gate fob results in a fee of $100.00 per key from the Turtle Bay Association. Please be sure to lock all doors upon departing. Please leave the entry device and Parking Pass on the kitchen counter.

General Policies:

• Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the lanai.

• Please take shoes off outside the door or in the foyer (customary in Hawaii)

• Please remove sand before entering the condo.

• Please dry off or shower before sitting on lying on any furniture.

• Please do not move any furniture or decorative items.

• Please remember to lock the condo, (back of front doorknob) even if going to somewhere close by.

• Please do not hang any towels or clothing on the furniture.

• Please observe quiet time of 9pm to 7am.

• Please close bedroom door if using AC (Do not use to cool entire condo, it will overheat).

• Electricity is very costly in Hawaii, please conserve.
