The building is called Peregrine Hall.

Driving:

Turn off the A390 onto Polscoe Road, our driveway is just passed the school on the left. Should your satnav take you to another entrance directly off Grenville road/ A390 with a closed metal gate, this is the wrong entrance. You will have to reverse back to the main road, drive up the hill and Polscoe road is first left.

Park in the car park and go around the building to your left. My front door is gothic shaped half way along the terrace.

Walking from Lostwithiel/ The train station:

Walk up Grenville road which will also become the A390. Turn right onto the A390 at the top hill, in a few 100 meters you will pass Meadowbrook nursing home on your left. Next door to it's entrance is a bungalow (52 Grenville Road), our pedestrian driveway is literally the next drive up on the left going around the bungalow. Peregrine Hall is located above the bungalow.

You will not yet have the fob to open the gate so call us when you arrive. Please do let us know in advance so we will be expecting your call.
