Travelling to Chester via M56 motorway southbound, exit at Junction 15 to join the M53 motorway signposted Chester/Wrexham.

At Junction 12, take the A56 exit towards Chester.

At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Warrington Road/A56.

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on Hoole Road/A56.

Approximately 100 yards along the road, take the left turning into Canadian Avenue.

At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hoole Lane.

Continue forward, over a one way bridge.

At the junction (Lockvaults pub), turn left.

At the traffic lights, turn left onto Boughton/Tarvin Road/A51

Waitrose will be on your right hand side.

Continue through 2 sets of traffic lights.

Before the 3rd set, look for a turning Dee Lane, on your left hand side.

Continue down following the road, the river will be directly in front of you.

Turn right (signed Access Only) and No. 23 is the White Georgian building on the right hand side.
