By car: Blackheath is approx. 1h 40min drive from the center of Sydney, on the Great Western Highway. If you arrive into Blackheath heading north-west, pass through the town and make a right turn onto Hat Hill Road at the memorial park. If you are traveling in the opposite direction (coming from Mount Victoria), turn left onto Hat Hill Road at the Memorial Park, shortly before reaching Blackheath shops.

By public transport:

Illalangi is a 10 minute walk from the Blackheath train station and bus stop. From the bus stop or train station walk up the Great Western Highway (toward Mount Victoria) and turn right into Hat Hill Road at the Memorial Park. Illalangi is located a few hundred metres on the right.
