When you arrive in Las Galeras, at the Banreservas bank turn left on the road to La Playita (there is a sign post indicating La Playita Restaurant and Hotel Playita) and stay on the asphalted part. The road meanders towards La Playita for about 1 km. Just before you get to the beach where the road makes a sharp bend, go straight onto two concrete strips and keep going up the hill until the road ends. Straight ahead is our neighbor "Sunset Samana". Just before that property turn left onto the dirt road. Villa La Salamandra is at the end of that path (about 160 meters).
