Sea Residences is located within the SM Mall of Asia Complex and is directly across the SM Offices and Golden Phoenix hotel. It is a short walk to SM Mall of Asia via the newly built pedestrian overpass.

If you're coming from Paranaque City on Macapagal Blvd., the apartment/condo will be on the LEFT side of Macapagal. From Macapagal, you will need to turn left on Coral Way Street, then make a right on Sunrise Drive until you get to Sea Residences.

Please know that the Sea Residences Condo consists of several towers - Tower A, B, C, D, E and F. So once you get to any of the towers of Sea Residences, kindly ask Security for directions to go to TOWER B.

Our caretaker will be at the lobby of Tower B to meet you.
