It is easy (and cheap) to take the Bus from the Airport during daytime and the two Express busses (66 and 90) runs every 30 minutes and stop in front of the Building.
An alternative is a pre-booked Taxi e.g. ziptransfers or other services. Prices around 28 Euro.

The Bus system is very good in Playa del Ingles and you can easily take the bus to the beach in Maspalomas, Puerto Rico or perhaps Puerto de Mogán.
