Plus the local private airport -- Witham Field in Martin County -- offers a U.S. Customs facility and is just a few miles away, with long runways that accommodate both private prop aircraft and jet aircraft. So you can drive in, fly in, or even boat in!

A car is recommended, although the nearby Publix big-box grocery store and a Marriot Resort (restaurants, bar, etc.) are a short walk or bicycle ride away. (1 to 2 miles away). There is room for parking 3 or 4 vehicles on the E side of SE Macarthur Blvd (i.e., the garage and driveway of the home), as well as 5 to 6 additional vehicles on the W side of the street (near the entrance door to the private dock). There is also room on the W side of the street to park a boat trailer or RV.
