M6 junction 40 then A66 to Keswick, do not turn off into Keswick keep on the A66 and take the 2nd exit at Crosthwaite roundabout, the Portinscale junction is the second on the left, drive into the village and after The Farmers Arms take the first right hand turn into High Portinscale, The Beeches is the first house on the right behind the large beech hedge. We find reversing into the drive easier for access.
