Follow signs to seafront. Facing the sea, turn left towards the Old Town and fishing huts, the road bears left up The Bourne.

On the left is the large Church and Stables Theatre - turn right opposite these buildings. Follow road up to Harold Road. Just after road humps outside school, turn right up Gurth Road. Then turn left at top into Barley Lane.

Immediately after narrow part, turn right into Rocklands Lane. Drive to end – automatic entry gates on left. Go through gates and down the long drive to the house at the bottom.
