From Oak Bluffs Ferry:

Exiting Ferry, go straight on to Oak Bluffs Ave. crossing Beach Road. Continue straight passing Oak Bluffs Harbor on the right and Wesley Hotel on the left. Road now becomes New York Ave. Con-tinue straight for less than 1/4 mile until you see a Shell Station on your right. Turn right at the Shell (Monroe Ave.) Continue until you see a white fence on the right. The white fence is Rosemont Ave.

From Vineyard Haven Ferry:

Exiting Ferry, pass A&P on the right, bear left onto Beach Road. Follow Beach Road crossing a small bridge. You will see a sign for Oak Bluffs. The road curves to the right and then a sharp left, continue left. Pass the State Police on the right. Road curves to the right again turning into New York Ave. Continue straight for 2 miles. You will see a Shell station on your left. Take that left onto Monroe Ave. Continue until you see a white fence on the right. The white fence is Rosemont Ave.
