Access Information:

Highgrove Waves has a ramp and a step up to the front door and then internal stairs with hand rails. There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom but the living space is on the first floor. It will not be suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs, please call to discuss individual needs.

The driveway to the house is steep. There is parking for 1 car at the top of the drive but turning at the top is limited. There is parking on the roadside at the bottom of the drive for 2-3 cars.

Please note that postal mail sent to Highgrove Waves is not accessible, so any items intended for residents are best sent via Cornish Collection. The house has a dedicated cleaner and maintenance support.

Please note that the garage and room immediately above the garage are not accessible to guests. Guests will always have sole and private use of the property but some regular gardening/watering and window cleaning may be undertaken during guest occupation, but with advance notice.
