End-of-stay cleaning: has been priced separately, so that if you are staying for more than 1 week you are not paying for it more than once. It is 85 Euros and is paid directly to the owner.
Bed bathroom linen: has been priced separately here to give you the option to take your own (or in case the number of people in your party is less than the number of places). If you wish to hire these, they are available for 20 Euros per bed for linen and 10 Euros per person for towels, paid directly to the owner
Taxe de Séjour: In France it's usually necessary to pay this (tourist tax) and it's calculated based on the number of people in your group and the time of year you stay. Under 18's are exempt. We will advise you of the tax due at the time you make your reservation and how it is to be paid.
Damage deposit: the owner requests a damage deposit of 300 Euros by way of credit card, made with JDV in advance of arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages
