Our standard changeover day is Saturday to Saturday (peak season), and flexible out of season, for other requirements PLEASE EMAIL OWNER.
Last minute year round and off peak short breaks are available on request.
Short notice (4 weeks or less) weekly booking discounts are available (PLEASE EMAIL OWNER).
Arrival time is after 4pm
Vacate time is by 10:00am.
Please note there is a changeover fee added to all rates.
A damages deposit (£200) is agreed in the terms and conditions when making a booking. Holiday Lettings/TripAdvisor defer this payment (retaining your payment details), and should a claim be made these details will be used to recover the claim.
No claim will be made following your vacating of the property on the date and time set out in your booking, returning the keys and following a satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.
