The rental includes all linen, towels & pool towels and all utilities/ air-cond. and heating. A non refundable booking deposit of 15% of the full rental is required to secure the reservation. The 85% balance of the rental Payments are to be made in full 10 weeks before the first day of the stay. payable by cheque, by bank transfer, or by Credit Card Via PayPal. Late bookings of 10 weeks or less must paid in full by a bank transfer or credit card using Pay
Pal,as cleared funds are required before any keys are released. We also require the Security/ Breakage and Damage bond of £300.00 to be paid with the balance of the rental by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal. The security bond is refunded as per the booking contract. WE OFFER LONG TERM WINTER RENTALS OF 6 MONTHS PLEASE CONTACT US FOR RATES.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
We reserve the right to change the rental rates at any time. Please CALL YVONNE Now for your next booking ( Long Term rentals are available for 6 months from November to end of April each year at the monthly rental rates on request per month payable in advance the bond is one months rent also payable in advance. Utilities are payable by the tenant. We can also offer longer stays of 63 nights or longer where space is available details on request,plus bond and utilities.
