• 25% of the rental fee is paid at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment. We can receive payment by bank transfer in GBP to our UK account or using PayPal. If additional guests use the sofa bed, there will be an extra charge of UK pound 50 irrespective of the length of stay to cover additional washing and cleaning.
