Prices are in pounds sterling GBP for up to six people plus two babies. There are two travel cots for babies or small toddlers up to 2 years old for which we do not charge anything extra, although you will need to bring linen for the cot. This facility brings the maximum occupancy up to 8 persons. Shorter stays of three or four nights carry a slightly higher nightly rate to cover the relative increase in cleaning/linen/turnaround charges. Discounts are available for longer lets of one month or more. Prices include:- Our own sheets and towels (Most villas use rented threadbare laundry linen) - Electricity for air-con (reasonable use) Toddlers kit (a lot of villas charge to rent these): high chair,cot, changing mat, low stool; high chair, potty, adaptive toilet seat.
Electricity. Applies all bookings made after 19th March 2024.
You are allowed 30kWh/day free. This is about €15 euro/day.
For a week its 210kWh/week free. This is €105 euro/week.
Any extra electricity use will be charged at the rate of €0.45 euro/kWh.
The meter will be read and photographed at the start and at the end of your stay.
I will calculate any extra and make a charge from your deposit, sending you the photographs.
