Prices include: gas for cooking, water, electricity; towels, bed linens and pool towels; final cleaning; daily maid service, including cleaning of all bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas; buffet breakfast; use of the sauna and hot tubs; Wi-Fi internet connection; the astronomical observatory and an astronomer are available once a week by prior arrangement with the owner.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): air conditioning or heating (if used): Euro 200.00 per day (or fans in the rooms for free); city tax: Euro 1.00 per night/per person (for a maximum of 5 consecutive days of stay. Children under the age of 12 and handicapped are exempt).
Extra services (on request): 3 courses lunch or buffet: Euro 25.00 per person per day (Chianti Wine included); 4 courses dinner: Euro 35.00 per person per day (Chianti Wine included); laundry service.
