A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid prior to arrival (at least 6 weeks beforehand).
ADDITIONAL POOL HEATING CHARGE - £10/day June/ July/ August, £20/day Sept to May.
Note: The pool is heated by an air sourced heat pump system which works by transferring heat from the warm air outside to the pool water and as such it is very much dependent upon weather conditions. In cold weather the pump will take longer to heat the pool. A maximum of 5 days preheat time is included in the standard pool heating charge.
A further refundable deposit of £200 is required with your fees. This will be refunded within 21 days of your departure pending a satisfactory property check.
